Don’t Miss The Show

Saturday through Monday you can catch a Fireworks display almost anywhere along the Gulf Coast!  Saturday July 2, at Garfield Ladner Memorial Pier in Waveland the Fireworks start at 9pm.  Flint Creek Waterpark in Wiggins will also have Fireworks that night at 9pm.  On Sunday you can see the Biloxi Back Bay Fireworks display put on by the IP and Scarlet Pearl Casino’s.  The 15 minute show starts at 9pm.  Best Viewing for that will be in either casino’s parking lot.  Monday we celebrate Independence Day/The 4th of July, and there are 6 different locations to see the show!  Gulfport starts at 8:45 at the Gulfport Harbor.  Biloxi will launch from Deer Island at 9pm.  If you go tot he Shuckers Game you will see Fireworks directly after the game.   Pascagoula will begin at 9pm from Beach Park, and if you are in Perkinston their show will start around 7:30pm at Necaise Crossing Ball Park.  Lucedale will light up the sky at dusk behind the old Walmart building on Cowart Street.

The annual Our Lady of the Gulf Crab Festival is going on this weekend in the Bay with free admission Friday through Sunday.  Gulfport also had the Mississippi Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo going on this weekend.  Have a Happy and Safe 4th of July Weekend Friends!  ~~  Patty Steele
